Tall Limo
Your attention will often be grabbed by a long super stretch limousine as it cruises the streets with a group of hens, school girls or bridesmaids on board.
But the uses for limos are becoming more and more varied and your imagination is the only limit to the events and celebrations for which you hire a limousine. As such limousines have steadily become more and more luxurious and added more inclusions to make them more of a mobile party centre than just a way to get to the party. There are generally TVs, DVD players, several types of mood lighting and always a fully stocked bar to make the journey even smoother.
Some limousines even come with a built in dance floor to enable you and your mates to party all night in the limo and not have to worry about lining up at clubs or waiting for drinks at bars.
With limos being used for just about every type of occasion, is it any wonder that there is a limo out there striving to maintain its highest limo' title?
The highest limo in the world stands 3.33 metres (or 10 foot, 11 inches) from the ground to the roof.
The highest limo is obviously custom built and was created by Gary Duval of Colton, California. The highest limo sits atop eight monster truck tyres, has two separate engines and took over 4,000 hours to finish.
No only is it the height that makes this limo the toughest looking limo out there, it also has a very realistic looking (but fake) missile launcher which can be raised through the sunroof and aimed using remote control.
Securing the record in 1998, Gary must have had a huge party in mind when he built this monster of a limo. It sure would make a great impression on your arrival at the church, or is possibly more suited to a stag party. There is certainly more ground clearance there than you will ever need.
